Delegation of leadership of values for self

It surprises me how such type of delegation happens in the majority of us. Let me explain what i mean by it. There are so many mortals in this world who loves to listen avidly to good idealistic teachings of their spritual leader and make an effort to emulate them in their life. It is similar to a copy paste activity that is done by a programmer in software development world. These people engage with their leader mostly in terms of oral conversations, a few then goes ahead and try to emulate in actions. But only a handful few if at all any, succeeds to correctly implement such teachings is what I feel. And the reason for that is because it is not their self made ideals or moral values but instead it is nothing but a mere copy paste of thoughts preached by their moral leader.

Moral leadership is undoubtedly a noble idea and is a good tool to inspire and enlighten people . It helps one to understand certain values that are important in a generic sense of the way and helps one to move to a direction that he or she would not have thought or followed . However it can only go that far and only so far. Leadership of one's own values in life cannot be delegated. Each on of us have to be his or her own moral leader and teacher ( and I am talking of adults) as sense of direction in every day actions can only come from within and not by reference.

Thus when we read about lofty spiritual teachings, musings of our philosopher friends, teachers, self help books ( as some call them) , parent's advise etc etc....we can go only so far as by being inspired by them to go and create our very own framework of what is right and what is wrong, what I should do and what I should not. This is because each one of us is a unique creature and what inpires us is also unique , what makes us happy is unique as well and so on. There are some basic characteristics in us that cannot change , nor should we try to change such uniqueness . We should therefore try to build a framework of values around them which will be our own, instead of copy-pasting someone else's framwork of values.

Digital Age

Well , decided to get started and kick off my blogspot today. The mind goes through several rounds of abstract thinking in a day, but I have never really captured those brainwaves on paper or digitally so far. So when I say I can be creative in my thinking, it is has been more of what goes on inside my mind rather what I have imprinted in words so far. Things change now with the use of this blogger tool. So I can now open up another side of my personality , the journalistic type to document and report with this tool the other more interesting side, which is the creative side.
